Campus recruiting

Do you have what it takes to join our team? Find out at a campus info session. Each year, we visit universities and colleges to talk with students, share career insights and discuss the opportunities available. Connect with Herbein as we participate in alumni mentoring programs, career fairs, interviewing sessions on campus, class guest speaking, and more!

Our recruitment process for staff and internship-level opportunities occurs during the fall each year primarily. 

We conduct on-campus interviews arranged through each campus’ career center in September and October and conduct interviews at our offices. In October/November, we typically host a “Call Back” day for second and final round interviews with selected candidates.  We also host activities throughout the year in our offices to provide opportunities to connect with our professionals and learn more about Herbein + Company, Inc.
